Ground Work Level 1 - An introduction to liberty work and several ground control
exercises. This teaches the participants a very effective approach to a higher level of
communication between horse and human. In the two day course, students will learn
not only the exercises but communicating with body language and how to gain a better
understanding of balance, timing, and feel. Participants are encouraged to bring their
own horse however one can be provided for them. If possible they are also welcome to
bring a lunging whip or stick to be used as an extension of their arm and to create clear
and consistent cues.
Ground Work Level 2 - An intermediate level of exercises and ground control.
Taking the participants to a higher level of horsemanship by gaining further instruction and
understanding of working horses at liberty.
Ground Work Level 3 - An advanced level of ground control.
Refined communication between horse and human on and off the lead. Learning to use finesse and savvy to have your horse perform the tasks you are asking of them to the best of their abilities.
Beginner Trick Riding Clinic
This clinic will cover safety, horsemanship and how to execute all of the basic tricks. Niki supplies the equipment needed ( ex. saddles, vaulting trampolines, lunge lines etc. ) In most cases it is best if students bring their own horse and together in a safe manner student and horse will learn together, horses can be provided in some circumstances.
Intermediate to Advanced Trick Riding Clinics
Students who already have some knowledge and experience with trick riding will learn how to perform more difficult tricks and perfect the tricks that they already know. This clinic focuses on refinement,
performance and taking your training to the next level.
